Schedule of Fair Board Meetings

Fairboard meetings are held the second Thursday at 7:00 PM during the following months:    February, March, April, May, June, July, and September.  Special meetings shall be called at the discretion of the President at BBQ time in May, Fair time in August, and in October for special awards meeting.

Meetings are usually held at the Blue Barn on the West Valley Fair Grounds, except during the     winter months, when meetings are usually held at the Ag room at the West Valley High School campus. See Focus for locations.
